I don't know why you would get a bus error, maybe something isn't
terminated properly, but what I do know is that I have never had to
write scrolling code for a list. I build it using the same function you
used and the scrolling was always automatically implemented and without
errors.
Sorry I can't help any more than that (someone else undoubtedly will)
but at least you know you are on the right track and won't have to write
that code :)
