What do people typically use to install Palm app and conduits? I looked at
the example with the InstallShield Proefessional Ed. With the price of 995$
it seems like an overkill for a simple app. Are there alternatives? The
Install Shield for C++ 6.0 (I currently own) is very limited when it comes
to calling the outside dll's...
