Modify the ROM flag: change byte 33 (remember to start counting with 0)
from
a 0x03 to 0x01.

Subject: How to install app from ROM into RAM
This may be a silly question, but, it goes something like this..
I have been able to export a database that was in the ROM of a
PalmVII-based emulator session. Great! Now, I would like to install
this app into the RAM of an emulator session based on a 3.1 ROM.
Unfortunately, the latter attempt yields a "dmErrorCantOpen" error. I
don't think this has anything to do with different OS versions, but has
more to do with the fact that the app originated from ROM. Is there a
way to load an app from ROM into RAM?
