This is simply not true. The compilers can compile to create .prc files
that are larger than 64K, but if they go over the 64K/segment limit, the
.prc will be invalid and will not run on the device or emulator. One way to
check to see if the .prc file is invalid is to drag the .prc onto the
emulator. If it is invalid, you will get an error. If it installs to the
emulator fine, then the problem is somewhere else. This might be something
for Jason to try with his .prc file to find out if this might be what's
causing his error.

I don't think it is the size of you app. My app(.prc) is 139KB and was
downloaded to the Palm device no problem. If it were any size problem, you
wouldn't be able to create the .prc file.
