You can
a) make it work by importing the PalmVII files and slightly modifying them.
Search the PQA forum for details on how to do that. I haven't tested it,
though, and could not say what the pros and cons are. I don't even know if
it is legal.
b) go with a separate PQA clipping solution. Contact me directly if you are
interested in that option.

Has anyone tried to get clipper to work on a 3.1 OS? I know it's
officially unsupported for that OS, but I figure one of you hackers gave
it a shot, and perhaps even made it work.
