In my experience, yes. :) You can definitely use Small in a multi-segment
app; that's what I use. I've found that switching from Small to Smart will
take care of any 16-bit reference errors. So I'd say the documentation you
quoted is inaccurate. Perhaps J.K. can straighten us out. :)
