Subrata,
CodeWarrior Lite does not support multi-segment applications or C++. That
is why the library you are looking for is not there. This is not available
to be downloaded, so with Lite you are limited to single-segment
applications. To purchase the full version of the CodeWarrior tools in the
US, call (800) 881-7256.
