Application Category

Does any one know how to set the application category
automactically?

I want an application automactically goes to a specific category 
when I load it into Palm or POSE. But it seems applications 
always go to the "Unfiled" category.

I noticed there is a "Default App Category" setting in a .rsrc file,
but it doesn't work.

any idea?
