"BDVVM", is not defined ?

When i run my app in debug, i get an error message :

The debug helper app could not be found
The register key ,"BDVVM", is not defined


I also have a problem when i load my app onto the PDA (a TRGPro) : "invalid 
starter.prc".

Can anybody help ??
