Bitmap family under CW6

For god sake !

How can i create a bitmap item in a bitmap family ???
The doc tells that i can create up to 4 bitmaps. Good. One would be far enough for now 
but how can i create this lonely bitmap ???

Please Help !!!

PS. Where can i find an updated CW6 documentation (including bitmap button for 
example).
