The latest version of constructor is 1.5b7 (found in the PalmOS 3.5
SDK Update 1 on palmos.com)

Be careful doing this with a bitmap though.  Apparently PalmRez does some
byte-swapping on files imported in an .r file, if the type is Tbmp.  I 
ended up
having to byte-swap the first few words in the .bin file in order to import
bitmaps this way (after creating the .bin file using PilRC).  I don't know 
if this
problem still exists, though.  As soon as constructor was able to edit color
bitmaps properly, I went back to using it instead of PilRC and .r files.
