Hi,
I have installed a IR device on my WIN98 machine. I wish to send a binary
file to the palm from
WIN98 platform.
On the win98 i have code which was previously used to send code over
serial port, i just modified
it to open COM4 (as IRDA port). It is simple and does not use any parity or
CRC16 checks. It blindly reads
the file and sends the data read.
How do I send the file from WIN98 to the palm. What should I use IRCOMM,
New serial manager, or something
else. On the palm side I need to receive the file when I launch an
application which has a recieve button.
Any tips or code samples would be welcome.
