I got the following problem:
I've just developed a multi segment app, but I am not able to
upload it to the device. The app is compiled and linked successfully BUT
when I try to debug it I get the "Failed to load the app ... " error. Thinking
that maybe was a problem with the debugger I tried the upload with hotsync
but it generates an error message. (Is like the generated ".prc" is
a corrupted one). The ".prc" is around 84 K. I've been following the
"targeting palm os" doc recommendations and I splitted the program in
3 segments. Also I've checked the "stationary multisegment app" settings.
I tried to consult the knowledge base but most of the times is down.
I forgot telling you that the same problem I had time ago. But I don't know
how, the app was uploaded to the palm. The problem appeared one of two
times, I mean, in every "second try" I was able to upload the ".prc".
Really strange...
but after adding one function and calling it several times along the code
I am unable to upload the app. (Maybe a stack overflow ??)
I am really, really lost. I think I've checked everything. I'd welcome any
suggestion.
