IR Hotsync and Win2k

Hi,

Does someone knows what new about the IR hotsync ?
In our company, we all have upgraded our notebooks to Win2k, but now we
can't sync our palm anymore.

Since several month ago, this feature doesn't work anymore under Win2k, does
Palm is planning to sole this problem, or should
we all upgrade to WinCE ?
