You might want to make sure that the resource.frk folder's .rsrc file has
the exact same name as the zero-byte .rsrc file above it. Usually when
moving from Mac to Windows, the names of the resource fork .rsrc files are
truncated e.g. MyRes~1.rsrc. Once renaming is done you should have full
access to your resource file.

Subject: Exporting Macintosh CodeWarrior for Palm projects to Windows
CodeWarrior for Palm?
So, I've seen other posts on the topic, read the tech note at the Palm site,
and I can't seem to get this to work. Here's the scoop:
I've got a project I need to move from the Macintosh to the PC. I copy the
project files using a Macintosh to a DOS-formatted floppy, stick the floppy
in the PC, and can read everything BUT the Palm Constructor files on the
Windows box.
Specifically, it looks like they've got valid data in the
RESOURCE.FRK file -- at least, there's files there that have the right name
and stuff in them, but Palm Constructor under Windows 98 tells me the
resource files are empty, and there's no trace of the application settings
in each file.
FWIW, I'm running Codewarrior for Palm OS Release 6 under both Macintosh and
Windows. I'm running MacOS 9.0.4, and Windows 98.
I saw Baiss E. Magnusson's query on the topic -- it looks like he needs to
at least try using the DOS-floppy-on-the-Mac trick first.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
