I have had a support issue reported to the development support team for over
3 weeks and have yet to receive a response/resolution. Does anybody out
there have a name and address to write a letter to, or have any other ideas
on how to get the development team to respond? This issue is very simple to
resolve, and I have even given them the logic changes that are required.
Any experience you developers can share would be appreciated. Thanks!
