The Memo Pad source code should provide the information you're looking for. It
supports using the hardware scroll buttons for scrolling the list of memos, for
scrolling within a memo, and for jumping between memos when the top or bottom of a
memo is reached (in which case, it beeps). The event is a keyDownEvent, it is virtual,
and the characters are vchrPageUp or vchrPageDown (in Palm OS 3.5).
