Palm Database and RDBMS

Hi,

I'm pretty new to Palm Programming but I've been thru quite a bit on Palm's
Database.
Is it possible to setup Relations between database tables in Palm? Also are
there
any other type of database available for usage on the Palm which supports
RDBMS
and perhaps SQL?

I'm pretty confused now so I'll ask these for now. Would appreciate any
help!
