Object not in form...WHY???

Hi All,
I am facing problem during creating dynamic gui. I am facing "Object not in
form error" when I try to get Object index using FormPtr & Object ID. By the
way in my code I am handling fldEnterEvent and getting this error.
I am getting wild as it is sitting on my head and I have no clue.
Any clue is welcomed.
