Wireless coverage

I'm developing an application which will need to do either HTTP or TCP
communication over wireless.  Can anyone tell me which wireless service
provides the best geographical coverage: Palm.Net or some other wireless
data network (e.g. Sprint PCS, AT&T CDPD)?
