This happens periodically. Some mailer agents seem to bounce messages in a
very abnormal way, such that they appear to be a resend of the original
message... and so it gets posted a second time.
Sometimes our server can notice the problem (and thus generate a message-id
error message) but sometimes it goes through, resulting in a nearly
duplicate posting. You can tell the difference between the two if you look
at the List-Owner and X-Message-Id headers.
