Barcode Sample App

Does anyone know where I can get the source code for the application
called 'Barcode' that comes on the SPT 1700? I want a tutorial that shows
how to create records and scan in certain fields. DemoScan and SimpleScan
do not save the scan to a form field so they dont help...
