TimGetSeconds problem

I am using TimGetSeconds() function for timer in my app. I noticed that
after 11:59:59pm the number of seconds the function returns actually
decreases. As if it thinks that it's a previous day again. I noticed it,
when the timer was jumping at midnight displaying incorrect amount of hours
elapsed. Does anybody know what's going on?
