Yes, but this doesn't exist on ALL Palm platforms, but many
Palms have a flash-ID. Most people make use of the user name
variable and use it to generate a unique id.
This issue is a really popular one, and you can search the
archives on it, or check out the Knowledge Base and search for
Flash-ID or User name.
