Hi Michele,
I don't think you cannot run PQAs on the standard Palm Vx since it does not
come with Clipper. You will need a Palm VII either in ROM/POSE or actual
device form. I have _heard_ though that using the Omnisky on the Palm V/Vx
does support PQAs (is that right?).
