This is in the PalmOS reference in the "Window Data Structures" section:
displayAddrV20 -
Pointer to the window display memory buffer
in pre OS 3.5 devices. In OS 3.5 or later, call
WinGetBitmap and then BmpGetBits to
obtain the display?s memory buffer.
