It seems the PalmOS defaults the ticksPerSecond to 100.
I would like to change this to 1000 to get better accuracy on timers and
such. How can I change this, and would it be safe to change it?
If not, is there another way to create something like a timer with better
accuracy than 10ms?
The way I plan to use this I can't use the EvtGetEvent(). This because I
would like other applications to be able to process while I wait for my
timer callback.
