There are a few WAP browsers for the Palm. I've used KBrowser on my Palm
VII, and it seems to do pretty well. It is available from www.4thpass.com.

Not going to be possible right now. The Palm VII is hardwired to use
BellSouth's Mobitex network. The Vx mainly uses CPDP over the Minstrel
hardware.
