A shared library is a resource database and not a record database, so .prc
is the correct type. However neither POSE nor HotSync seems to complain if
you get it backwards.

The file name doesn't exist after the file is installed, so SysLibFind has
nothing to do with it.

Currently it lives in one of the system preference databases, but that's not
documented and could change in the future. Use a snoop utility like Insider
to dig into it more.
