Popping up the window is relatively easy. However, you should be aware
that Palm strongly encourages you to not prompt for user input. If it's a
requirement, such as a password that cannot be stored any other way, it's
is almost required that you put a timeout on it. If the user doesn't
respond in a specified time, like 60 seconds, the dialog should close and
hotsync should continue.
If you don't do this, users will not be able to sync over a network or
modem (the hotsync would just run forever).
