Searching the Knowledge Base for sysNotifyResetFinishedEvent, we find it
documented in the Notification Manager chapter. And in
<http://oasis.palm.com/dev/kb/manuals/1719.cfm>, we see that we detect the
presence of the Notification Manager thus:
err = FtrGet(sysFtrCreator, sysFtrNumNotifyMgrVersion, &value);
So check that way; don't check for system version numbers.
