Say, are there any know issues with using WinDrawBitmap under PalmOS 3.3
emulated (both debug and non-debug roms)?
I'm using WinDrawBitmap to draw a 16 colour gray scale image (4bpp) to a
4 colour gray scale display mode (2bpp) and the emulator gives me
warnings (all 'app has just read directly from memory manager data
structures') while drawing the bitmap on screen. However the same
application renders images fine under PalmOS 3.1 and 3.5 emulated and
also renders 2bpp images fine under PalmOS 3.3 and appears to work
correctly on an actual OS 3.3 device.
Debugging these warnings in CW places me directly into the bowels of the
OS WinDrawBitmap routine. I should add I am fairly confident that the
bitmap structure I have passed WinDrawBitmap is kosher as it works under
other OS versions.
Is this either a known issue in the 3.3 ROM or emulator that I'm seeing
(I'm using the lastest release POSE - 3.0a6) or do I actually have a bug
to fix ;) ?
