Hi,
I wanted to start SW development for Palm TX. So I ordered a development
suite CD with ACCESS online software store on 28th jan 2007. The store
has promptly debited my credit card account on 29 JAN 07 for $19.95. I
have not received any CD from them till now 01 MAR 07.
My repeated email queries for non delivery have not been repied by the
store.
When I took up matter with palm asia support - they say that - as the
access store does not belong to them they can not help.
Does any member have any similar experience with ACCESS store ?
How do I take the matter further ?
Where else can I place an order for a copy of the software dvelopment
suite for palm ?
