Dear all,
I have found the solution for this problem. The Palm Reporter from
ACCESS Developer Network Tool cannot be unzipped by the XP build-in winzip.
I try to unzip it by using winzip 8.0 as suggested by Ben in
emulator forum. It is successfully unzip.
