Thanks for the bug advice.
Now if you were to re-read the message, where it states that the app runs
fine on the tungsten "C" and the other simulators then you might agree with
me that at least you would expect some of the forms to show on the
simulator. but it does not and once is fails, the simulator can not be
restarted again. I had to re-install it to get it going again, without my
app....
The TX simulator does not provide a chance to even debug the program before
it crashes, so I don't see how I can step on something that fails before I
can step on it.... which is the reason I'm asking for help!
By the way, the error message that says
palm_cache.c, Line:650, Interface == loop. This should never
happen!
it's from the TX simulator, not from my app.
As far as the w2k, that's fair. anything to get rid of old ("legacy")
technology.

1) It is reasonable to assume you can't run the TX Simulator on Win 2000 if
it is nice enough to tell you not to do that!
2) You have bugs in your program. Step through your program and identify
the cause of the bugs, then fix them. Once you've fixed the bugs you'll
have a much nicer experience. :)

can anyone share their experience with the new TX simulator from
Palm.
I just down loaded the TX simulator from Palm and when I tried to
install it I got the following results:
1) the TX simulator does not work on windows 2000. either the debug
or release version.
it keeps crashing with an illegal instruction crash.
2) when installed on a windows XP version, my app fails miserably
with a bunch of crashes.
