Is it possible to do both things done to get the socket notification and make
the socket in the non blocking mode by the mean of
NetLibSocketOptionSet
such that first to set it for the socket notification than for the socket
non-blocking mode is it possible to do both the things together
can u provide me any example to do that is more helpful for me to understand it
better
