ok. the code given works on everything but treos (and is in fact used in all network control panels of all os5 devices), on the treos, however, the network panel is different, and used NetMasterLibrary. Specifically entries 6 and 7, thus netMasterLibTrapNetLibOpenIfFullyUp and netMasterLibTrapNetLibIsFullyUp traps.
