StdIOPalm.h and StdIOProvider.h are in the 3.5 SDK, but the corresponding
.c files were accidentally omitted from the SDK (on all the platforms).
Currently, they're not anywhere.
You might want to send email to devsupp to make them aware that there's
demand for this to be corrected.
