That is not always correct, though sometimes the OS converts them to
pageUpChars. As for the actual char codes, it is very complicated, since
differrent devices issue differrent codes. Some use the vchrRockerXXX codes,
while others use some NAV bit twiddling, and others use differrent codes.
There are some usable macros included in the PalmOne SDK (not Access), but
even those aren't perfect.
