take a look at CtlSetValue: CtlSetValue( myCheckBoxP, true ); Also,
there are tons of answers like this in the docs at
http://www.access-company.com/developers/documents/index.html .  Just
keep them handy for the most part, and your questions can be answered
immediately rather tha taking awhile for us :-).
