Hi, I'm no longer able to debug my programs. Metrowerks CW shows the following message in the program log : "CmdReadRemoteRegisters error: invalid response command." and the Palm emulator just shows a blank screen. I have not tried to debug on the actual device because my last debug on the emulator crashed with the message "....tried to write to CPU registers....." and then everything stopped working. :-) I'm also not able to download the ROM (from my Palm IIIc device) again to the emulator. I get a msg box "Could not transfer ROM as it is being used by another application" when I click "Begin" on the Transfer ROM dialog. I replaced the ROM with a PalmV ROM, but the debugger still gives the CmdReadRemoteRegisters error. A reset of my system did not help either. CW now does not even let me 'make' any project after I try to debug it (The make button is greyed and disabled). If I don't try to debug, I can 'make' without problems. CW and emulator seem to be working jointly today :-) (to set the record straight, today's only the second time that I'm having problems using either CW or the emul).
