I can't quite remember where I heard this from (in a definite sense) but I
think that the ALP is currently being used on some Chinese smart phones.

This ALP thing is a lot like cobalt, I think. Palm doesn't use it, and probably
never will. It is basically unrelated to palm. Access is not affiliated with
palm, somehow. They bought POS, and Palm licences it.

Try asking some ACCESS forum, maybe they know. Is it even on any REAL devices
yet?

I like it's looks, hope palm comes up with something like that...

Don't try PDN, try Access.
developer-pavilion.com maybe

I have seen several news blurbs about this new ALP-eclipse development
platform. The Access site even has nice power points from presentations people
have recently given on the subject. Question, how does one download this
development environment for use on linux? I am a member of the Palm
Development Network.

Thanks in advance
