Reviewing the specification for GIF89a ("
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/GIF/spec-gif89a.txt"), their is supposed to be
exactly one Logical Screen Descriptor present per Data Stream. Each image
descriptor has top, left, width and height, relative to the logical screen.
You simply position each image as directed within the logical screen and
then fill in the remainder of the logical screen with the background color.
