You need to be little more clear - what do you mean by 'display'?
If you want to dump the contents to the screen in hex or octal,
there are a lot of shareware apps you can use. Search in
palmgear.com or handango.com. They are more like
programmer's tools. If it is for an "end" user, where the information is
displayed in a "meaningful" way - there is no such program. All
databases in Palm have there own format and you couldn't possibly
make an app that knows about all formats of all databases.
Or do you mean display an "acess" or "oracle" database on Palm?
If that is what you meant, you got lots to do...
