not directly

but you can draw your own bitmap when you will process frmUpdateEvent and use formbitmaps position for drawing - this is general method and will work with any bitmap (i mean it can be from resources, or dynamically created or whatever you want)

or you can use graphics button, disable it so it will not be possible to touch it and then you can set it to show another bitmap - this works only for bitmaps which will be from resources

or mixture of previous, you can write your own control based on gadget which will do nothing only draw bitmap when it will get draw call...then you can choose which bitmap to draw and when. this is what i use personally because it has all advantages of first possibility and seems 'nicer' to me

or anything else your fantasy will provide :) i can think about few more possible hacks if you will need :)
