Oops, re-reading the post it is now clear! So as a second go have a look

which covers accessing the HotSync log - SyncOpenDB sounds particularly
interesting. Also this line when talking about the HotSync Log API
"LogBuildRemoteLog retrieves an abbreviated HotSync log from the handheld"

Have a look in the Palm folder under Program Files, mine is stored in
c:\program files\palmone\ed\hotsynclog.htm
I think the OP is talking about the PDA, not the PC
