yes, it will behave the same, it will do same nothing in linux as it does in
windows. prc is usable only with palmos

you have many possibilities, but for me the best solution is pilot-xfer
commandline tool. but there are many palmdesktop-like environements too. jpilot,
kpilot and many many more

prc-tools, you may experiment with wine and pods/metrowerks but list time
when i tried it it didn't worked well
