I want to sort my database after a sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify, but DmOpenDatabaseByTypeCreator always returns a zero. However, DmOpenDatabase will open the database successfully. DmOpenDatabaseByTypeCreator works correctly in other places, why doesn't it work for sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify?
