The "i" in the Symbol font, char # 10 (decimal) does match. The one
in the Symbol11 font, char # 4 is one pixel too small, as you
describe. I used this trick (using a tBTN 10 pixels in diameter w/
the "i" in the Symbol font to create the cicle i icon) in the form
title of AsciiChart. If you launch AsciiChart and then bring up the
Preferences dialog, you can compare the (i) in the Preferences dialog
(a real tips button, generated by PalmOS), w/ the one in the
AsciiChart form title (my hacked tips button). They should look and
function identically (except on a color device, where my button comes
up black but the PalmOS button comes out blue; this should hopefully
be fixed once I upgrade to CW6 and can use the PalmOS 3.5 libraries
which I can't seem to get to work w/ CW5...).
This is actually an FAQ I get about AsciiChart. I'll spare the list
the gory details, but if you're interested, let me know, and I'll
elaborate.
