***Problem resolved, don't read further if not interested***
I use CWR6, Poser 30a6, SDK3.5
I think it was a problem with my program (I'm just happy it went away and
will go back to it later to find out exactly what was wrng).
Just another couple of facts:
i)Trying to debug on the device led to a "crash"(?, "Fatal error, Reset"
message) . And every hard reset or tapping the reset button would again
display another fatal error message on startup. I had to open up the device
to set it right again.
ii)Could not "Kill" the debugger, as the kill button was grayed too.
Everythings is fine again :-)

It looks like there multiple problems with your project.

If you are still debugging (haven't killed the debugger session), then you
won't be allowed to build or save changes to your project. Make sure you
kill the debugger before trying to remake.
As far as the other problems you are having, which version of CW, POSE, and
SDK are you using? It sounds like there may be an incompatibility
somewhere.
